Here it is, gang!  I’m really sorry about the tardiness.  Maybe I just need to pretend I’m supposed to have them done Thursday morning instead of Friday and I’ll stop being so tardy.  I like the word, “Tardy.”  Anywhoo…  The reason for my tardiness is “I am stoopid.“  I can’t figure out how to use PhotoShop for myself so whenever I have something that needs a good PhotoShoppin’ I have to rely on someone else.   Usually my brother, Yoni.  The thing is, Yoni is out of town right now so I had to enlist the assistance of my good friend, Chad , fellow funny-man and (thankfully) the King of the computer nerds, to help me to accomplish what is basically a baby’s problem.  So big thanks to Chaddy Riden!!  May you always have pizza but never get fat!!  That’s a nice thought.  Shenanigans.

I hope you kids like this one.  I was laughing my head off when Chad was helping me put the heads on.  A huge THANK YOU to Jason Biggs and Kate Mara for doing their part to help make Neutron City Comix weirder.  Hopefully they won’t sue me too badly.

Oh boy. Sorry about the delay.  I was a little behind because of Wizard World last weekend, THEN my printer/scanner went on the fritz when I was putting the strip together.  Since I’m too much of an idiot to learn PhotoShop, I have a really complicated and totally archaic method for putting the strip together that involves drawing each panel on its own 8 1/2″ X 11″ piece of paper and then putting them all together in “Comic Life,” after which I print out the black and white strip, hand-color it, and then scan it BACK in and post it.  I know, it’s probably MUCH easier to do what I’m doing in PhotoShop, but until one of you people want to take on the most frustrating task of your life and teach me how to use what is essentially a baby’s toy at this point, I’ll just keep doing it the way I know how.  I’ll try to do better next week.  Hope you all enjoy this one.

Neutron City Comix #29 (“The Glasses Half-Full” Part II: Geek Chic!)

Holy smokes!!  It must be some kind of record.  This is the fourth week in a row that I will have posted a new strip on Friday.  That’s a whole month!!  Mazal-Mazal!!  As you read this strip (as long as it’s still “opening weekend”) I am in Chicago at Wizard World admiring all the geeks and the colorful costumes and hopefully making that cheese.  I hope you enjoy the new strip.  It is only the second of five strips in “The Glasses Half-Full” saga so stay tuned for more nerdy shenanigans and try to make everybody you know read this comic regularly so I can do this for years and years.  There will soon be an Official Neutron City Comix Fanclub  called, “The Super-Genius Time Traveler Cadet Society.”  There will be some sort of small fee for which you will receive things like: A membership I.D.Card, a pair of Secret Identity Glasses, stickers, pins/butttons, prints, an E-Mail newsletter…  All kinds of good stuff.  There will also be chances to earn/win original art signed by ME.  I’m also looking for a “Super-Fan #1″ to be the President of the Cadet Society who will be willing to take care of all that good stuff I just mentioned so I won’t have to mess with it.  Enjoy this week’s strip responsibly.

Neutron City Comix #28 (“The Glasses Half-Full” Part I: Nerd Rage!)

Insomnia kicked my butt a little this week and as a result I was a little loopy when I sat down to draw the strip this week.  Well, I was all ready to go and then I looked at the art when I was wide awaye and it was simply terrible so rather than post a comic that I would hate for the rest of my life, I started over and redrew it.  That’s why it wasn’t posted earlier this morning.  Hey it’s still Friday, right?  Enjoy this one Cadets.  It’s the first part of a staggering FIVE part saga about GLASSES!!  Buckle up, it’s gonna be a wild ride.  Kind of.  If you think Comix about glasses are wild, that is…
