Neutron City Comix #037 (“Radioactive Imagination”)
on October 15, 2011 at 2:13 pmSorry it’s a day late. It has everything to do with rushing steps that shouldn’t be rushed and, as a result, I backed myself into a corner in regards to some character blocking. I then had three choices. 1) Re-write parts of the script. 2) Have word balloons that cross each other in a very confusing way in two panels. 3) Awkwardly have characters spontaneously switch to the other side of the panel, confusing the reader.
I opted to re-write parts of the script.
I hope you guys like it. I’ve always been a big fan of The Hulk so it’s nice to be able to turn myself into one for the sake of a joke. I might even revisit the idea from time to time. “Don’t make me angry…” and all that.
Make sure you tell all of your friends to read Neutron City Comix. I want fans. I want to hear some chatter out there!! Come on, Super-Genius Time Traveler Cadets!! Don’t let me down!!
By the way… If you haven’t seen the Green Lantern movie yet… Skip it. It’s bad. Very bad. It looks really cool but the story goes nowhere and the script is predictable and stupid. Ryan Reynolds is more of a Kyle Rayner than a Hal Jordan in it. Mark Strong was awesome as Sinestro but he didn’t really do anything but talk.
Reminder: I will be at GMX (Geek Media Expo) from October 21 – October 23 at the Maxwell House Hotel in sunny Nashville, Tn. Be sure to stop by and give the official Neutron City Comix Secret Salute and receive a free prize.
